ACCOUNT & DATA DELETION POLICY

Effective Date: March 27, 2026

This Account and Data Deletion Policy ("Policy") is provided by Snoonews LLC ("Company," "we," "us"), 605 N. Atlantic Ave, Collingswood, NJ 08108, in compliance with Google Play's Account Deletion Requirements, the New Jersey Data Privacy Act (NJDPA), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and all other applicable privacy laws. This Policy governs how users of the SnooNews mobile application ("App") may request deletion of their account and associated personal data.

Important — Read Before Submitting: If you have an active paid subscription, you must cancel it first through your Apple ID Settings → Subscriptions or Google Play → Subscriptions to avoid continued billing. Account deletion does not automatically cancel a subscription. After your billing period ends, submit your deletion request and your data will be deleted within 30 days

PROCESS

1. HOW TO DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT

You may submit a deletion request through the methods below. You are not required to re-download or access the SnooNews app to submit a request.

  1. Cancel Your Subscription (if applicable). Cancel via Apple ID Settings → Subscriptions or Google Play → Subscriptions. Your access continues until the end of the billing period. Data deletion proceeds after cancellation takes effect.

  2. Submit Your Deletion Request. Complete the online form at www.snoonews.com/data-deletion or email privacy@snoonews.com with subject "Account Deletion Request" from your account email address.

  3. Identity Verification: We may send a verification email to confirm your identity and account ownership before processing. This protects you from unauthorized deletion of your account. 4 Deletion Completed Within 30 Days Upon verification, your account and associated personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email when complete.

2. WHAT DATA IS DELETED VS. RETAINED

When we process your deletion request, the following data categories are affected. Retained data is kept only as required by applicable law or for legitimate legal purposes

We will also request that our third-party service providers (including Google Cloud Platform) delete your identifiable personal data consistent with our data processing agreements. Deletion of data held independently by Apple Inc. or Google LLC must be requested directly from those platforms.

4. LEGAL NOTICE & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By submitting a deletion request, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

— Subscription responsibility: Account deletion does not constitute cancellation of a paid subscription. You are solely responsible for cancelling your subscription through Apple or Google. Snoonews LLC is not liable for subscription charges incurred after account deletion if you failed to cancel separately.

— Irreversibility: Account and data deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once processed, your account, listening history, preferences, and associated personal data cannot be recovered. Snoonews LLC bears no liability for any loss of access, content, or features resulting from a deletion request you voluntarily submitted.

— Retained data: Certain data categories will be retained as required by applicable federal and NJ state law or for legitimate legal purposes including fraud prevention and dispute resolution. Such retention is legally required and does not violate your deletion rights.

— Third-party platforms: This request covers only data held by Snoonews LLC and its contracted service providers. Deletion of data held independently by Apple Inc. or Google LLC must be requested directly from those parties. Snoonews LLC bears no responsibility for data held by third parties outside our control.

— Identity verification: We reserve the right to verify your identity before processing any deletion request. Submission of false or misleading information to obtain deletion of another person's account may constitute identity fraud under applicable law.

— Response time: We will acknowledge your request within 5 business days and complete processing within 30 days of identity verification. Extensions of up to 45 additional days may apply for complex requests, with prior written notice.

— No waiver of legal rights: Submitting a deletion request does not waive any of your rights under applicable privacy law, including the right to file a complaint with the New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs or any other applicable supervisory authority.

— LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SNOONEWS LLC'S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO ANY DATA DELETION REQUEST SHALL NOT EXCEED FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS (USD $50.00). SNOONEWS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE PROCESSING OR NON-PROCESSING OF A DELETION REQUEST.
